An outing with Moeen bhai
Vijay Varma aka Moeen Bhai from the recently released super hit film Gully Boy received appreciation for his heart-touching performance in the film. The FTII graduate played the multi-layered character Moeen, who is a car thief, a drug peddler, a mechanic, a friend of Ranveer Singh and a soft hearted human who takes care of orphan kids.
Now, in real life too, Vijay has managed to win hearts of some underprivileged kids from an NGO. Kids of Mumbai-based NGO, Angel Xpress Foundation, wanted to watch Gully Boy and Vijay fulfilled their wish. The actor shares, “The experience of taking this kids for the screening has been absolutely joyful at the same time very inspiring because I shared my anecdotes about doing this film with the kids where I come from and how I make things happen, just by being determined to make a change, determined to learn more, determined to execute more, relentlessly pursue an idea which was to become an actor without any support, without anything. So, I wanted to just share my story with them. But I ended up learning so much about these boys and girls. I was inspired by these kids.”
