Playing a super cop made actor Aman Verma take his fitness to another level. A popular actor who plays ACP Diler Kumar in Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath is happy that the soap has become the longest running serial ever on Life OK.

On for three years now, Aman became part of it about two years back and he has been shooting for about 15-18 days a month, following an action-packed schedule. “All that I have been careful about is action stunts. For that one has to be not just fit but also alert and attentive. The rest, it’s a fabulous production house with great co-actors to work with.”

The show airs on Life OK every Saturday and Aman is happy the way it is moving. Yes, there are films in the pipeline that he is not too willing to talk about at the moment.
