Happu gets a makeover

The stout little Happu (Yogesh Tripathi) and his elegant wife, Rajesh (Kamna Pathak) from &TV’s Happu Ki Ultan Paltan have come to become the ‘jodi kamaal ki’ with the audience. Their innocent nok-jhok and their cute on-screen romance has truly made them a favourite with the audience.

However, all is not well in Happu’s world. Noticing his marriage losing the romantic spark, Happu decided to seek inspiration from none other than the famous movie, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’s character, Surinder, essayed by Shah Rukh Khan.  Yogesh, who dons a fake tummy and moustache with his oiled hair, will now be showcasing his original look.  Yogesh said, “Carrying around the fake tummy wasn’t easy and I am glad to get a break from it.”
