Indo-Canadian dancer, model and actress Nora Fatehi is the face of the popular song Naah by Hardy Sandhu. She wooed everyone with her incredible dance moves and the video almost has 100 million views on YouTube.
Fitness surely comes first for her field is glamour but Nora, unlike many of her competitors, doesn’t believe in diet and fads and fitness hacks. For her, fitness is optimal health and overall well-being. Of course, a well-toned body is a priority and the actor, who debuted with Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans in Bollywood, it is dance that keeps her in shape. No wonder, her social media portals enjoy huge following and her moves are always going viral.
Nora, last seen in My Birthday Song, shares her take on food and fitness.
Do what you love
I don’t really have an excel use regimen, I just take up things I fancy. At the moment I’m enjoying Pilates and pole dancing. These are great forms of exercise. However, I don’t do it to lose weight. I do it because I love it.
Junk in
I don’t avoid junk either. I get into these moods were I feel like eating an entire bag of Cheetos and I do it.
Enjoy your workout
My only advice would be to take up something you love and enjoy because then it wouldn’t feel like a chore to work out and get fit. Reaching your body goals while doing something you love is the best time pass.
Show those moves
I enjoy dance as it’s one of the best ways to stay fit and get an amazing body. And, that takes care of all that I eat.
Eat what you want
My food is never monitored. I eat whatever I feel like and whenever I wish. I’ve never been one to stop myself from eating what I want. I don’t diet, hence I don’t count my calories
