She shares, “Costume dramas attract me a lot as they are larger-than-life. The costume, jewellery and get-up actually bestows a sense of royalty. Also when I was approached for the role of Chameli, it got me excited as I love doing comedies. The best element of Akbar Birbal is it’s a historic comedy, which makes it all the more unique.”

Strong desire
Credit it to the raunchy video or everlasting song, but like we said, she’ll always be the Kaliyon Ka Chaman girl. “Item songs nowadays have become such a trend that I wish I could do each and every one of them. And a dream role would be something like Sridevi’s Sadma. “I would definitely like to do something like her character in the film. Also I would like to do more comedy films, as it’s very challenging to make people laugh nowadays.”
She adds, “I have just finished shooting for Kya Cool Hain Hum 3 and there is one Marathi movie with Om Puri in the pipeline.”
