Calling out for mittar
The most prolific and evergreen singer-actor of the industry, Gurdas Maan, is breaking the Internet with his recently released shabd, Mittar Pyare Nu from his album, Punjab. The video of the track depicts the journey of a man from 1947 to 1984. Mittar Pyare Nu is a beautiful shabd that Guru Gobind Singh recited in the Machhivara forest when he was separated from his family.
Shares Gurdas Maan, “I feel blessed that I got an opportunity to sing this beautiful shabd by our tenth Guru.” The story revolving around this incident has been conceived and conceptualised by Gurickk Mann, Gurdas Maan’s son. The music is given by the popular music director of the industry, Jatinder Shah, which is touching many hearts.
