No, I debuted on television with Balika Vadhu.

What is the show about?

Mayavi Maling is a very interesting story of three princesses who embark on a journey of courage, trying to save their kingdom — Maling. It is an original fantasy series that aims to establish that grit, courage and determination are the biggest weapons to fight against the mightiest of evil.

What is your role?

I am playing Garima, who is the youngest daughter of King Shiladitya and princess of Maling Kingdom. One thing that I love about my character is that she is always attentive and keeps her ears open. I enjoy playing my character. 

Did you take any special training for this show?

Yes we underwent a lot of training. There has been dialect training to make our diction proper. We also were trained to use the harness and a sword. I am also taking mixed martial arts training to keep myself flexible for the entire harness shoot.

What do you think the audience will like about this show?

I am very positive about the concept and the way the show has been shot; it is something very new and different. The kids will enjoy the visuals as they will take them to another world of fantasies! 

What are your upcoming projects?

I am currently focusing only on this show. 

When not shooting, how do you spend your time?

I enjoy painting, dancing and reading books.

How do you handle acting schedule and studies? 

I manage my studies well and try to balance it while on the sets.
