But all this hyped up things are untrue. Celebs today have the information, know-how and the best of experts to help them keep fit and fabulous. Right ways, right people keep you on track.”

As for him, it’s competitive football and taking absolute care of what he eats that keep him fit. “Also, that I am surrounded by the young always, which has its effects,” he flashes a smile before getting back to the auditions.
