The Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sharman Joshi and Sonakshi Sinha-starrer film, Mission Mangal, which releases on Independence Day, showcases how a team of Indian scientists crack the country’s first ever inter-planetary mission.

The film is based on the true events of the ISRO successfully launching the Mars Orbiter Mission, which marked India’s first inter-planetary expedition. There are high expectations from this film since it is one of the first Bollywood films that is based on ISRO’s expedition into space.

The sci-fi is a celebration of indomitable human spirit, woman power and patriotic fervour, all rolled into one. Akshay has gone on record to call it the most moving film of his career.

John Abraham-starrer Batla House is a fast-paced action thriller that is based on the encounter that took place on 19th September 2008, against Indian Mujahideen terrorists in Batla House. John Abraham portrays the role inspired by Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, a decorated cop who led the Batla House encounter. 

The film takes us through the ups and downs of the relationship John Abraham and Mrunal Thakur and how they stand strong amidst everything. Their relationship plays an indispensable part in the story.

Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood  is much anticipated film that has garnered viewers’ curiosity. This one is the ninth film from the writer-director featuring an ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age. It stars Leonardo Dicapiro and Brad Pitt, sharing the big screen for the first time along with Margot Robbie, Emile Hirsch, Margaret Qualley, Tomothy Olyphant, Autin Butler, Dakota Fanning, Bruce Dern and Al Pacino.

It is a story that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969 at the height of hippy days in Hollywood. The two lead characters are Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio), former star of a western TV series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt). Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don’t recognize anymore. 

The title is a homage to Sergeo Leone who directed both Once Upon A Time.. In The West and Once Upon A Time.. In America.

Once Upon A Time.. In Hollywood had its world premiere at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, the film received a standing ovation as well as positive reviews.
