The first look of one of the highly anticipated Marvel movies, Black Widow, is out! The super-spy, who has been one of the core Avengers’ members in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is finally getting a movie of her own. The standalone movie will star Scarlett Johansson, who has been playing the character of Natasha Romanoff since 2010. The movie has a starry line up behind Scarlett, featuring Florence Pugh, David Harbour and Rachel Weisz. In the last Avengers movie, the Soviet spy-turned-S.H.I.E.L.D agent Natasha Romanoff or Black Widow ended up meeting a dark fate.
The Cate Shortland directorial won’t bring her back. Instead from what we know the story is set after the events of Captain America: Civil War and before Avengers: Infinity War. The first poster also shows a different look of Natasha with a new costume, something she has not donned in the previous Marvel movies.
