Paresh Rawal plays Sunil Dutt
Sanju is the most anticipated movie of the year and with new posters and characters being revealed, the excitement just gets better.
Now, soon after revealing Sonam Kapoor’s look in the movie, the film’s director Rajkumar Hirani unveiled the look of Paresh Rawal on Saturday as the late Sunil Dutt. The film’s trailer will be out soon.
In the poster, we can see a rather scared Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay hugging his dad, played by Paresh Rawal. The poster seems to depict the time when he knew that he was a drug addict and needed help. Everyone is aware of the fact that Sunil Dutt was a dependable father! Recently, Sanjay Dutt shared an image of his father on his 13th death anniversary.
On working in the movie, Paresh Rawal says, “Working on Dutt has been amazing because of Rajkumar Hirani, Abhijat Joshi’s writing and because of Ranbir Kapoor’s acting.”
The actor was supposed to team with Hirani for Munnabhai MBBS but the role went to Boman Irani instead due to some reasons. Paresh is totally bowled over by Ranbir Kapoor’s performance and has called him a ‘unique talent’.
