Punjabi delight
Punjabi food lovers are in for a treat. A sumptuous and flavoursome menu in both a la carte and buffet has been created for the same. WelcomHotel Bella Vista, sector 5, Panchkula has organised a Punjabi food festival where experienced chefs, conducted live demonstrations of various Punjabi cuisines.
The recipes preserve the original and traditional cooking style adopted in Punjab, unarguably India’s favourite gastronomic capital. In a la carte, the vegetarian main course includes paneer ki bhurjee, baingan ka bharta, bharwan karele , sarson ka saag, challi aur khumb tak-a-tin and many others.
The non- vegetarian section includes Amritsari machli, tava boti and amla ki machli.
The buffet menu has welcome drinks likegulab ka sharbat, the soups’ menu boasts of makki ka shorba, starters have delights like chollian ki tikki. Tava onsight in non- vegetarian has keema kaleeji while vegetarian section here has Amritsari badi masala among others. The non- veg main course boats of Rarha gosht. (On till January 27)
