He has a plan A and plan B in life, but the interesting part is that both plans lead to just one plan! This is like too much planning! However, for Mr India 2015, Hyderabad-based Rohit Khandelwal a step-by-step approach makes things easy. As the handsome, comfortably quiet, Rohit judges the contestants for Miss Diva in Chandigarh, he pretty much lets you take a guarded peek into his life, which as of now focuses around his training for the Mr World contest.

Rohit keeps his answers crisp and neat…can’t help it, after all its part of his getting into the groove. “I am totally focused on the Mr World pageant. I am working on my endurance and strength. I am taking personal fitness training and working on my diet.”

It is all work and no play for Rohit as of now. Not that he minds any of this, “It’s okay; we have to make some sacrifices to achieve our goals.” And here, he is talking about the sumptuous sacrifice, giving up the gourmet delight! Shares Rohit, “I miss Marwari food made in ghee; overall it is difficult to resist Indian delicacies.” This good looking fellow is on the job, alterations in the diet-chart are a part of it. “I take carbohydrates before going to the gym, I have added a lot of vegetables to my food, which will take care of the glow bit of my skin and also work as anti-oxidant.”

Everything is sorted, till he shares his plans, A and B, which lead him on to one route! “I want to be a superstar; I have already started working for it. I am taking theatre and diction classes. I want my debut to be a big one,” Rohit shares his ‘what next life chart’, confidently. Since Rohit will be participating in the Mr World pageant, the ‘what if he wins’ question does not change anything! He smiles and before you can see the curve, it vanishes from his face. “I will still want to be a superstar,” the reply comes. For this youngster who has done his graduation in commerce, his parents have always been a pillar of strength. “One should be confident and patient in this field. You should first believe in yourself,” he smiles. Genuine!
