Ram Kapoor’s transformation is giving everyone major fitness goals

‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’ actor Ram Kapoor has taken the internet by storm with his extreme transformation. 

The 45-year-old actor posted then-and-now pictures comparing his old self to his new lean look.

Ram wrote: “Wassssup peeps!! Long time no see.”

Wearing a dull blue t-shirt, sporting a salt and pepper look and a goatee, Ram is hard to recognise. Ram’s instafam, including colleagues like Kishwer Merchant and Ronit Roy, cannot stop applauding. 

"Amazing dude!! Finally mere bhai. So happy," Ronit Roy, who is one of Ram's K-Soaps colleagues, wrote in the comments thread. 

Kishwer Merchant, who co-starred with Ram Kapoor in TV show ‘Dhadkan’ said he now resembles his old self. 

"You're back to how you looked in Dhadkan." Actress Tanazz Irani also added: "This is an amazing achievement."

Over time, he has appeared in a number of Bollywood films in character roles. Some of his films include ‘Agent Vinod’, ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’, ‘Student Of The Year’, ‘Shaadi Ke Side Effects’ among others. 

The latest film in which he appeared in a character role was last year’s ‘Loveyatri’, a Salman Khan production starring newcomers Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain.
