Ingredients

  • 4 long buns
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 carrots (chopped)
  • 1 capsicum (chopped)
  • ½ cup sweet corn (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1/3 tsp green chilli (chopped)

Salt to taste

2 cheese cubes (grated)

1 tsp oil

Method

  • n Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions and sauté until transparent.
  • Add carrot, capsicum and sweet corn. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minute.
  • Now, add tomato ketchup, garlic, green chilli and salt and mix well.
  • Add vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well and turn off the heat.
  • Take buns and make them hollow keeping a thin boundary on all sides.
  • Fill these with the prepared mixture.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese on them and bake in a pre-heated oven until cheese melts and turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
