- 4 long buns
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 carrots (chopped)
- 1 capsicum (chopped)
- ½ cup sweet corn (boiled)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp garlic (chopped)
- 1/3 tsp green chilli (chopped)
Salt to taste
2 cheese cubes (grated)

Method
- n Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions and sauté until transparent.
- Add carrot, capsicum and sweet corn. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minute.
- Now, add tomato ketchup, garlic, green chilli and salt and mix well.
- Add vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well and turn off the heat.
- Take buns and make them hollow keeping a thin boundary on all sides.
- Fill these with the prepared mixture.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on them and bake in a pre-heated oven until cheese melts and turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
