SRK’s noble act towards acid attack survivors

Shah Rukh Khan, the Badshah of Bollywood, is known for his philanthropic activities. Recently, in March 2019, the actor launched an initiative for acid attack survivors, titled ToGetHer Transformed, which sponsors corrective surgeries for burns and acid attacks.

His initiative is a blessing for many as it aims to bring back their lost smiles. The actor launched Meer Foundation in 2017 to empower women subjected to acid violence.

Recently, King Khan spent some quality time with the acid attack survivors and clicked photographs with them in order to boost the morale of all the 120 women before their surgery and many others who are going through the same. 

He shared a snap with the ladies on his Instagram and tagged the picture as, “Thank u @meerfoundationofficial for the initiative of #ToGetHerTransformed and best of luck and health to the 120 ladies whose surgeries are underway. And all the docs who r helping us with this noble cause.”
