Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu left the audience thrilled with their performances in Pink. The duo is now back in yet another thriller, titled Badla. The film is being helmed by Sujoy Ghosh and produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. Taking to his social media, Shah Rukh revealed first look posters of Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee from Badla. Sharing the two posters, SRK tweeted, “Main aap se Badlalene aa rahahoon @SrBachchansaab! Taiyaar rahiyega...”.
To this tweet, Big B replied and said, “Arey bhai @iamsrk, Badla lene ka time toh nikal gaya .. Ab toh sab ko Badla dene ka time hai.”
Badla features Taapsee Pannu as a young woman and Amitabh Bachchan as a lawyer. The film deals with the investigation around the death of a young man. It is the official remake of a Spanish film, Contratiempo. It is a thriller in which a businessman gets arrested for the murder of his married lover. A series of twists and turns unfold and the real intentions are discovered.
