Unlike many other artistes who enter the industry, test the waters, explore genres and then take it from there, Baaz Dhaliwal made his debut with a devotional Punjabi number followed by a sad romantic track, Tu Badal Gaya produced by Prabhjot Mahant. The stylish turbantor defines his wakhra swag keeping it minimalistic and stylish.

Swag to me is a person’s different and unique style. I, personally, don’t copy someone’s style just their sense. Because everybody has a unique taste as well as the comfort to carry it. Essentially, to me it is always the ‘wakhra swag’.

Diljit Dosanjh. And I think most of the youngsters would answer the same. Diljit Bhaji has a very cool and comfortable style. In fact, he is one person in the industry who can carry both ethnic as well as casual attire with equal aplomb.

Latest buy

It’s a black jacket and sweatshirt from Zara.

Street smart vs the brand game

Any, whatever suits me best.  If I have to dish out money, it should at least be worth it. If I find something I like, I don’t care if it’s from a high-end branded outlet or a shop right next to my place.

Must have in my wardrobe

Formal suits complete with a blazer and a well-fitted trousers. I have so many of them, in almost every colour under the sun. Also, I think black colour is a must-have in my wardrobe.

Comfort clothing...

When you talk about comfort clothing I am a theth gabru from a pind of Punjab. What’s better than wearing a kurta pajama every single day of your life!

Call on the traditional attire

I’m most comfortable wearing a kurta pajama. Anything that is a part of our Punjabi sabhyachaar and represents our rich culture, I just love wearing it.

Getting ready for my first date

Formals, a black suit paired with a white shirt ironed to perfection. Also, polished shoes, a wrist-watch and a pen, I think that’s the dressing of a gentleman.

Formal, yes sir

I have so many formal suits in my wardrobe that now I am looking for opportunities to wear them.
