War to have a sequel?

Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan-starrer War has finally hit the theatres and as per trade estimates, it will be a hit at the box-office. War is an action film and if we have Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff sharing a frame, we can only expect fireworks. From the songs of the film to its dialogues and action sequences, everything about War seems great. Now, in a recent media interaction, when Siddharth Anand, Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan were quizzed about the possibility of having a sequel to War, they had said that part two is definitely a possibility. 

Tiger Shroff said, “We are waiting to see how the film is received by the public, but part two is definitely a possibility.”

Hrithik Roshan too opened up about part two of War and said, “Hopefully. That’s the call of the public actually. We’ll only make a franchise if they want to see it again. So, that we will know with the numbers and the love that we will get.”

Talking about the box-office numbers of the film, which hit the screens on October 2, 2019, the film has created history with day one collection going up to 53.35 crores.
