Captain Marvel, which is MCU’s first stand-alone female-franchise movie, is one of the most awaited films of the year. The titular role is played by Academy Award winner Brie Larson and she underwent a lot of training to do justice to the role as Captain Marvel, which is touted as Marvel’s mightiest superhero.
Brie had to train very hard and her recent Instagram post is proof of the same. In the video post, we can see how Brie gives her best to push a jeep while she was training to get the shape for the role.
Along with the video, she wrote, “A training highlight - pushing @risemovement almost 5000lbs Jeep (with a full tank of gas and Alyssa behind the wheel for safety!) for 60 seconds. In Captain Marvel @nikeMetcons! It’s a strong vibe but I like it.”
Talking about her rigorous training, she used to follow an epic strength training routine. She even did actual flight training despite falling sick. As part of her preparation, Larson used to work with Los Angeles-based celebrity trainer Jason Walsh, who helped Larson build muscle and increase her physical strength.
