When PeeCee became part of GOT

It’s been a cautious start to Game of Thrones season seven; to create more buzz about the series, Star World has invited fans on Twitter to send a selfie with the hashtag: #GOT7onSW, which is then transformed into a personalized Game of Thrones season 7 campaign poster. On her recent birthday, the channel engaged with Priyanka Chopra by tweeting out birthday wishes to her through the personalized poster. Aashka Goradia, Atul Khatri, Madan Chikna and Pakchikpak Raja Babu also got their own personalized posters. 

Star World went on to receive a massive response. #GOTS7onSW trended in India for 11 hours with Star World receiving over 25,000 tweets. The fervour, however, didn’t stop as the activity garnered an estimated 161 million impressions with over 3,000 personalized posters being rolled out on a real-time basis. Now that’s something huge!
