Looks like the trend of recreating old classic songs is not going to die soon. The latest we hear is that makers of upcoming movie Lootcase, which stars Kunal Kemmu, will have a reboot of yesteryear chartbuster, Aaj Kal Tere Mere PyarKe Charche, from the Shammi Kapoor-starrer Brahmachari (1968). However, director Rajesh Krishnan explains that they have not tampered with the Shankar Jaikishan composition. “We have incorporated the entire track, as it is, in the film,” he clarifies.

The recently released teaser of the film sees the protagonist’s adventures after he discovers a suitcase filled with hard cash. As his obsession with the suitcase increases the curiosity of those around him, the Mohammed Rafi song plays in the background.
