Priyanka Chopra Jonas has beaten the likes of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan to become the most searched Indian celebrity online. According to a US based-survey, people searched a lot about Priyanka between October 2018 and 2019. The survey, conducted by a US-based company, SEMrush, mentions that the monthly search volume of Priyanka was 4.20 million whereas Salman’s volume was over 2 million. In October 2019, PeeCee and Salman were searched 2.74 million times and 1.83 million times, respectively.

Another interesting fact is that when Priyanka got married to her love Nick Jonas in December 2018, she was searched for nearly 13.6 million times. Before becoming the most-searched Indian celebrity online, Priyanka has also been named in Time’s 100 Most Influential People in the World, Variety’s Power Of Women — LA impact list, People’s 25 Women Changing The World, USA Today’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Entertainment, among others.
