Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is among several Bollywood movies which have been shot in Amritsar at the Golden Temple complex. In fact, it was at this sacred place Anushka saw ‘rab’ in her husband Suri ji. A symbol of love and peace, the temple is famous for its exquisite golden structure at the centre.

Hadimba temple is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Manali. It was re-glorified in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani as the place where Bunny tries to explain the futility of the concept of marriage to Naina. Dedicated to the wife of Bhima, this ancient cave temple at the foot of the Himalayas is surrounded by a lush green cedar forest. It was also featured in Mani Ratnam’s Roja as the place where Roja loses her husband.

Fanaa marked getting together of Aamir and Kajol and the entire look and feel of the song was beautifully picturised in Delhi’s heritage monument, Qutub Minar.

Teri Meri Kahaani

Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra shot for love song Allah Jaane for Teri Meri Kahaani at the Daulatabad Fort in Aurangabad. On the day of the shoot at Daulatabad Fort, over 30,000 people bought tickets to visit the place.
