Semolina cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fruit salt
For tempering

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- ½ green capsicum (thinly sliced)
- ½ yellow capsicum (thinly sliced)
- ½ red capsicum (thinly sliced)
- 10-15 curry leaves
- 3-4 green chillies
Method
- Take semolina in a bowl. Now, add curd to it and mix well.
- Keep it aside for 15-20 minute.
- Now add water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
- Add fruit salt to the batter and pour it in a greased cake tin.
- Now steam it for 10-15 minute or until done.
- Transfer it to a serving dish.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and sauté.
- Add sliced capsicum and sauté for 1-2 minute.
- Add curry leaves and green chilli and mix well.
- Pour and spread it over the cake.
- Cut into slices and serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
