Sequel for Luka Chuppi

Luka Chuppi, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, which was released earlier this year, made its way to the audiences’ hearts. Now, the makers are bringing back the cast for a sequel. While the first instalment dealt with the idea of live-in relationship with the family, the second one will deal with divorce amidst a family set-up. During the promotions of the movie, Kriti had hinted at the sequel!

Dinesh Vijan, the producer who also helmed the first part confirmed the reports, “It is currently being written. The idea is to push the envelope and play around the theme — divorce sahparivar. The couple is divorced, the family doesn’t know it and the chaos that ensues because of this complex, yet funny situation!”
