Sonu Sood thanks Punjab Chief Minister
Sonu Sood, who is currently in Punjab for the shoot of movie Paltan, took to Twitter on Tuesday to thank Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh for hosting lunch for his film’s cast.
The CM shared a group picture of the meeting on his social media and expressed, “Enjoyed meeting team of movie #Paltan, based on the 1967 India and China skirmish at Nathula (Sikkim)…” He even said that he is looking forward to watching this historic war movie. To this post, Sonu Sood replied, “Thank u so much sir for hosting us..it’s always a pleasure meeting u #respect.”
Reportedly, this lunch meeting with CM was arranged by Sonu Sood. Talking about the Chief Minister, Sonu says, “Captain Amarinder Singh is a great guy and he has contributed a lot to the betterment of his state. Since the schedule was getting over, I thought it would be great to make the Paltan team feel special by organising a lunch with sir.”
