Looks like work on the third season of series True Detective is going on in full swing. The latest we hear is that actor Stephen Dorff has joined the cast for the new season. Stephen, who is best known for playing the villain in Blade and who recently appeared in the TV series Star, joins the Oscar-winning actor Mahershala Ali as the co-lead. Investigating the mysterious and baffling crime is Hays’ partner Roland West, played by Dorff, an Arkansas State Investigator. Reads an official statement from the makers, “The next installment of True Detective narrates the story of a macabre crime in the heart of the Ozarks, and a mystery that deepens over decades and plays out in three separate time periods.”
