Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani- starrer Shershaah is all set to go on the floors soon as the official announcement of the much-awaited team up has finally been made. The movie will feature the rumoured couple together.

Reportedly, the film is a biopic on the life of Kargil war hero Vikram Batra, who was an Army officer martyred in the Kargil War at the age of 24. In fact, he was also given the ParamVir Chakra award, India’s highest military honour, on Independence Day in 1999.

Speaking about the movie, Sidharth in an interview earlier said, “I am excited to play this real-life heroic story of sacrifice and valour. This is something I have not done before. I am looking forward to shoot at real-life locations.
