Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa and Kamalpreet Dhanoa, president, AFWWA, visited Air Force Station at Halwara near here.
Air Commodore Dhananjay Vasant Khot, VM, Air Officer Commanding, and Sanyukta Dhananjay Khot, president, AFWWA, welcomed the dignitaries for the formal inspection.
Earlier, the Air Chief on his arrival was presented with the Guard of Honour by the air warriors of the Halwara air base. He inspected the station for its operational preparedness and war waging capabilities and visited the upcoming new projects.
Air Chief Marshal Dhanoa, while interacting with the station personnel, appreciated their selfless devotion to duty and encouraged them to continue with their efforts in taking the Indian Air Force to greater glory
The Air Chief Marshal visited GHG Khalsa College, Sudhar, too. He inaugurated the newly built Sardar Bhaktawar Singh Central Library of the college named after the late president of the college governing body.
