Members of NGO and those from other organisations and institutions including teachers from government schools shed light on the problem and its possible solutions. Sukhdhir Singh Sekhon, president of the NGO said that the problem of child labour can be resolved if all the children engaged in child labour are brought to school and given the education to free the children of the shackles of bonded child labour, which the children unfortunately are not able to escape. He said that it is unfortunate that people for their own selfish interest ruin the lives of the children by engaging them in pursuit of earning their livelihood, and never let the children live thier normal childhood.

Members during the seminar said that the government, district administration, and other sections of the society should get together to root out the problem from the society. They said that if the children are not able to live a normal childhood and have to bear the burden of labour, it would makes them lead distorted lives, violates human rights and only gives birth to more problems in society.
