Aryaman Verma, a student of Class VIII, at Sat Paul Mittal School, is a prodigy in himself. Since his childhood, he has been surrounded with technology. According to the India Book of Records, the 13-year-old is also the youngest to make a drone.

His mother, Dimple, shares, “You cannot refrain a child from using technology. For Aryaman, technology meant innovation. We made him join an engineering workshop in Class IV, which was meant for third semester students. Our intention was to keep him busy. Surprisingly, he got hands on programming and did not stop since then. Every week he has new targets to achieve.”

While talking about his drone, Aryaman says, “It took me one month to make the drone. My father supports me in everything. He gives me monetary rewards in lieu of my creations. I am also making an air quality monitor, that will inform whether the air is breathable or not. Everything is ready except the programming part. In the long run, I want to make robots that can help our country.”

Making appropriate use of internet and technology, Aryaman has made myriads of models which are now used at his home as well. Among them is an automatic electricity control for the lazy people. Aryaman explained that how a tube light was attached to a circuit and could be switched on and off by using any remote. He has also made an electronic notice board for his school.

Aryaman will be heading to Dubai for International Robotic Competition in the month of June representing the Indian team.
