A programme was organised by Helping Hands, an NGO, under the supervision of club president Raman Goyal here today, where Gurpreet Kaur, Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-DLSA Secretary, distributed books for free among the needy students.
The CJM said due to lack of career guidance, students were facing many problems.
She stressed upon the need for proper guidance regarding career aspects to students.
“Due to lack of awareness, the masses are not benefitting from the government schemes,” she said.
She interacted with children and guided them about various career opportunities.
She also encouraged them to work hard.
