Dental meet dwells on getting nicer cosmetic looks

A dental event was organized by the Indian Dental Association, Khanna branch, in collaboration with a Japanese company — GC Fuji. Stating this, honorary secretary of the Association, Dr Pancham Aggarwal, told the press that the permission for the event was taken from the head office of the Indian Dental Association, Mumbai, and its Punjab secretary Dr Sachin Dev Mehta. The event was organized at Golden Grain Club, Khanna.

Speaker for the event, Dr Santosh Ravindran, came from Mumbai. He is a recipient of the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial Award. Dr Santosh introduced modern Japanese dental materials.

Dr Sunil Verma, president, Indian Dental Association, Khanna branch, welcomed the speaker and started the event.

The Japanese company arranged a lecture on the topic, “Predictable restorative dentistry”.

Dr Pancham Aggarwal told the press that the technique can help patients in getting nicer cosmetic dental looks. Patients with front broken teeth, having bad ugly discoloured front teeth, fluorosis, will benefit from this technology.

Women Dental Council chairpersons, Dr Soni Dua, Dr Rajni Aggarwal and Dr Raksha Singla, were present at the event.

Senior doctors, Dr Ashwani Bansal, Dr Amar Singh, Dr Kulwant Singh Ghai, Dr Rohit Arora, Dr Gautam Singla, Dr Mohit Gupta, Dr Kapil Dua, Dr Nimish Prakash, Dr Amandeep Sandhu, Dr Abhinandan, Dr Shaffy, Dr Harpreet Ghai, Dr Rajdeep Kaur, Dr Garima and others from the surrounding areas participated in the event.
