Entrepreneurs, CAs discuss business policies

Parshotam and Associates, along with Amazon Global Team, conducted a session for awareness for Punjab Entrepreneurs on topics relating to invest in Punjab, global selling, export compliances and trademark registrations here on Friday.
Chartered Accountants Nipan Bansal and Sparsh Singla pointed out the various incentives of the Invest Punjab policy such as exemption from electricity duty, stamp duty, CLU charges, reimbursement of SGST and various other benefits such as interest reimbursement and freight assistance for exporters.
CA Manmohan Dhiman elaborated about the GST and taxation compliances to be taken care of by exporters. He mentioned about the compliances under GST, FEMA and other taxes and cleared all doubts of the exporters. He also gave tips regarding export invoicing, export accounting, AEO registrations, incentives available to exporters.
CA Ravi Chopra informed the audience about trademark registrations, including the things to be taken care of while registering a trademark.
