Fashion college students get to know cotton spinning process

Students of the IIFT (International institute of fashion technology), Sarabha Nagar, visited Rishab Spinning Mills, one of the spinning mills of Nahar Industries at Pakhowal road, Jodhan, Ludhiana.

They were told about basic cotton spinning process. Students got maximum exposure from highly upgraded machines. SS Sandhu, head, Rishab spinning mills, shared his experience and knowledge regarding the latest technology and machinery.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
