Good Samaritan donates cycle rickshaw for garbage collection

During the ongoing cleanliness campaign under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, a garbage collector cycle rickshaw was donated to Civil Hospital Khanna by a Good Samaritan from Kansal Agro Industry, Khanna. Speaking on the occasion Dr Rajinder Gulati said keeping our surroundings clean would also keep us healthy.

He said this garbage collector machine would help in dumping garbage daily from the hospital to the main dump, thereby keeping the hospital clean. He added that a healthy lifestyle began with clean environment, which was very important for our physical health as well as our overall sense of well-being. While thanking and appreciating the donor, Dr Gulati appealed to the residents to focus on maintaining a hygienic environment. — OC
