Lido, a learning app, conducted a pool campus placement drive at CT University for graduate and postgraduate students for the designation of business development associate. Lido Learning is an edu-tech company revolutionising formal classroom education through a unique and immersive online classroom for every child in India.

Over 350 students from various colleges and universities of the state, including PCTE, Baddowal; Apeejay Institute of Managment and Engineering Technical Campus, Jalandhar; Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus, Ferozepur; Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar; and CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur, among others participated. The post will provide a salary package of upto Rs 10 lakh per annum.

Priyank Joshi, senior recruiting officer, LIDO, said: “This app is the need of the hour and thus, has to reach the society. The students selected from here will directly work to spread out this app. The selectors have to be masters in selling. Therefore, what we are looking for is practical skills. The interview was conducted in two parts — group discussion and personal interview.”

Harsh Sadawarti, Vice-Chancellor, CTU, said the university was known for its industry-driven campus to make students ‘industry ready’ and create various platforms for them.
