Ludhiana: To build confidence among its junior students, GMT Public School, Jalandhar bypass, organised an extempore competition for the students of Class IV and V. Students spoke on different topics such as “tree is better than a hedge”, “swimming pool is better than a river” and “dog is better than cat”. Yajat of Class V secured first position, followed by Jyoti and and Ishaan of Class IV. Principal Jasbir Kaur Bal encouraged students to participate in such events to enhance creativity and language fluency. TNS
