Ludhiana, January 21
A town hall meeting was organised by Oriental Bank of Commerce at Guru Nanak Dev Bhavan, Ludhiana. The meeting was chaired by the executive director of the Bank Vijay Dubey.
Circle Head Surender Kumar Verma, Deputy General Manager, Circle Office, Ludhiana welcomed Dubey and addressed the gathering. He put forth the performance on various para-meters of the Circle. A brief presentation of the Bank’s journey through corporate film was shown.
The meeting was attended by the staff members of Branches and Circle Office situated in Ludhiana.
The executive director Vijay Dubey through his presentation emphasis on good customer service, team work, performance of the bank and the steps to be taken to overcome from the situation of PCA and ESPC (Employees Share Purchase Scheme). He also asked the gathering to suggest measures for further improvements.
