Thirtythree officials from State Agriculture and allied Departments, Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) and Krishi Vigyan Kendra, PAU, participated in the workshop.

Rupinder Kaur, deputy director-HRM, PAMETI, said employee work life balance (WLB) was a major driver in any organisation that helps in achieving higher productivity. It is a healthy blend of both an employee’s professional and personal life. But striking this perfect balance between career and family has always been a challenge for employed persons. Due to changing demands of agriculture extension, the schedules of extension personnel are getting busier, which often causes their work or personal lives to suffer.
