Rajeev Kumar takes charge of Oriental Bank of Commerce

Ludhiana: Rajeev Kumar, deputy general manager, took charge from Surendra Kumar Verma as the circle head of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Circle office, Ludhiana, today, and has shown a positive attitude towards the MSME and retail credit growth in this area.

In an interaction, Kumar said the staff of Oriental Bank of Commerce was committed towards sustainable growth of bank and the Circle office. He also informed the media that the bank was focusing on the highest ever growth in the MSME and retail credit. The bank was also committed to deal with defaulters, he added.

Just after acquiring charge, Kumar conducted a staff meeting with branch heads and the Circle Office staff to discuss the concerns of the bank such as how to deal with defaulters, marketing of fresh credit proposals, especially MSME and retail credit clients, and budget allocated to the branches. —TNS
