Rakhi Sawant case adjourned till Oct 23
Ludhiana, September 19
Judicial Magistrate Vishav Gupta today adjourned the hearing in the Bollywood actor Rakhi Sawant’s case till October 23.
Rakhi had allegedly hurt the religious sentiments of the Valmiki community by speaking against Bhagwan Valmiki.
The court also exempted her appearance for today. The case was fixed for evidence of the complainant, but no witness was examined today.
Rakhi is facing trial on the complaint of local lawyer Narinder Aadia. He had claimed that Rakhi had used derogatory remarks against Bhagwan Valmiki in a TV interview. It was also alleged that she also uploaded the said video on the social media. OC
