Shubham basks in glory in taekwondo

Shubham Sood, a student of MGM Public School, Dugri, has proved his mettle in taekwondo by winning a number of medals in the state and national level tournaments.
The achievements by Shubham include silver medal in the district taekwondo tournament (2015), silver medal in the inaugural edition of All India Rani Laxmi Bai Championship (2015), silver medal in the All India Mangal Pandey Championship (2015).
He also won gold medals in the tournaments such as Punjab State Taekwondo Championship (2016), 2nd All India Rani Laxmi Bai Taekwondo Championship (2016), All India Mangal Pandey Taekwondo Tournament (2016), Punjab Taekowondo Meet (2017), National Taekwondo Championship (2017) and in the All India School Games Taekwondo Championship-2017. His consistent performance earned fame for his parents, school, city in addition to the state. For his achievements, school authorities felicitated him. Principal, Poonam Sharma appreciated him and wished him good luck.
