SSP holds meeting with officials, reviews progress

Jagraon Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Surjit Singh held a meeting with senior police officials of the district here today.
Jagraon SP (D) Pirthipal Singh, DSP Kanwarpal Singh, DSP (H) Sarabjit Singh, DSP (D) Satnam Singh, Dakha DSP Jasmit Singh and Raikot DSP Surjit Singh were also present during the meeting along with the Station House Officers of all police stations.
During the meeting, the SSP, Surjit Singh, reviewed the police activities of the recent past. While expressing satisfaction over the success of the cops in controlling drug trade, crime and solving robbery incidents, the SSP instructed the officials to further tighten the noose around the drug peddlers and criminals to eliminate these evils forever.
He also assessed various unsolved criminal incidents took place in the past and asked the authorities to get involved in the investigation to solve these cases at the earliest.
