‘Surkhi Bindi’ star cast visits city for promotion

Zee Studios, in association with Shri Narotam Ji Films, is all set to release their upcoming Punjabi film, ‘Surkhi Bindi’, slated to release on August 30. The cast was in the city to promote their film.

‘Surkhi Bindi’ is a quirky romance that packs in a punch with powerful performances and soulful music. Actor Sargun Mehta said, “As an actor, we put our best in every project we associate with. However, there are some projects that become part of you and I think ‘Surkhi Bindi’ is one such film. People will love Rano and will relate to her. I am sure people will shower their blessings on us.”

Actor Gurnam Bhullar said, “This is just my second film, but the learning experience I had on the sets with Sargun Mehta and Jagdeep Sidhu will be with me forever. I am grateful to be associated with such project and I just hope that just like my previous works, people will support this one also.”

Director Jagdeep Sidhu shared, “’Surkhi Bindi’ is a story of every girl and their unfulfilled dreams. And how a partner’s support can make them fulfill that. This film will motivate every woman to never give up and believe in their partner. This kind of love is something new to Punjabi cinema which makes it a worth watch.”
