Three people were injured in a clash at Kalal Majra village near Khanna on Sunday. Mandeep Singh and Gursewak Singh belonged to the Congress, while Baljit Singh was associated with the Punjab Democratic Allinace (PDA).

According to the information, Baljit had a quarrel with Mandeep and Gursewak near the polling booth. Villagers said the verbal spat started due to a local issue but as they were supporting opposition candidates, it turned violent.

The injured were rushed to the Civil Hospital, Khanna, where they are undergoing treatment. The Congress activits alleged that Baljit attacked them first due to political differences.
