Centre: Gangtok cleanest tourist destination
Gangtok: Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim, has been named as the ‘Cleanest City Destination’ by the Union Ministry of Tourism. The award was received from the Prime Minister by the Commissioner, Gangtok MC, on September 30. PTI
Gopichand biopic in three languages
Chennai: National Award-winning director Praveen Sattaru's film on former badminton champion Pullela Gopichand will be made in Telugu, Hindi and English. The pre-production work has already started and the project will go on the floors next year. Actor Sudheer Babu, a former badminton player who had trained under Gopichand, will play the role of his guru. IANS
