NGT bans diesel vehicles over 10 years in 6 Kerala cities

KOCHI: In a landmark judgement the National Green Tribunal Circuit Bench here today banned light and heavy diesel vehicles which are more than 10 years old in six major cities including state capital Thiruvananthapuram and commercial capital Kochi in Kerala

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
