Nitin Gadkari faints at varsity convocation

Mumbai: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Friday fainted during a convocation at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth Agricultural University at Rahuri in Ahmednagar. “Had a slight medical condition due to low sugar,” he tweeted, adding that the venue was stuffy and he felt uncomfortable in his robe. TNS

Dubai: Singer Mika Singh, who was arrested in UAE for allegedly sending “indecent pictures” to a teenaged Brazilian model, has been released. He was released following the intervention of the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. TNS
